•Present Lean concepts and practices in both classroom type learning environments and small interactive groups. •Provide knowledge and training in Value Stream Mapping •Provide follow-up support and guidance to process improvement teams •Provide guidance in the development of lean processes for new products •Provide creative technical and practical solutions to challenging problems.•Provide extensive Lean training in TPS theory

•Support supplier improvement activities through detailed development and implementation of value stream initiatives•Provide the specific process/systems knowledge necessary to generate improvements•Drive process improvements within plants and syndicates best practices amongst plants•Assess planned implementation progress at supplier sites and take appropriate countermeasures when necessary•Report to divisional and corporate groups on progress, workshop implementation status, and performance goals•Train tier 1 & 2 suppliers in basics of 5s, Standardized Work, Kanban, Waste (Muda), Visual Control, and Continuous Improvement for Production and Delivery•Lead TPS continuous improvement by driving plant specific initiatives, and acting as the conduit for best practice
