Reporting directly to the Group Managing Director of Wright Group. I am responsible for:-- Wrightbus International Pte profit and loss account- The international elements of Wright Group Strategy – as part of the Wright Group Senior Executive Board.- Manufacturing and Logistics Facilities in Ballymena and Malaysia- Wrightbus International sales and key account management. During my time in International we have successfully created a new Company in Malaysia, opened a new manufacturing facility near Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and relocated the Ballymena Manufacturing facility to a new site. In 2018 we have successfully won new International orders with existing Customers and placed demonstration vehicles in new territories. These achievements include the first Integral Wrightbus in Asia.

A Board Member reporting directly to the Managing Director of Wrightbus Limited. My role is primarily responsibility for all single deck products including initial product concept, planning, development and launch through production and aftersales within the customer base. A principal focus is developing and managing products which provide the lowest possible cost of ownership over the vehicle lifecycle for our customers. The role has significant customer contact providing strategic direction in customer relationships by influencing internal functional experts and our leadership team. From May 2014 I have been the Director specifically tasked to manage the relationship with one of Wrightbus’ largest customers, First Group Plc. This role has enabled First Group to maintain confidence in Wrightbus products and aftersale service while helping to ensure a significant level of turnover for our Group during 2014/15. During this period I have been involved with a number of high profile projects/initiatives within Wrightbus including :-• StreetLIte Product Launch with First Group PLC• First Group Strategy & Relationship Director• Left Hand Drive MLE Citea Launch into Europe• UK’s First Inductive Power Transfer Electric Vehicle Launch• Chair Regular Single Deck Sales and Operational Planning Reviews• Hands On Management of Major UK Campaigns to Improve Product Reliability
