I am the Total Productive Manufacturing (TPM) Organizational Capacity pillar leader, improving performance, culture, skills and outcomes through professional learning and coaching. I have begun implementing a model of trauma informed leadership practices centered in equity, visibility, engagement, and inclusion.Highlighted Experiences• Delivered a 15-week training plan for Fruit Operations with supervisors and leads. The results were a revised onboarding and training process that led to exceeding primary and secondary yield expectations and increased safety as the Fruit season started. Success indicators include producing 50% above predicted yield in pulp week 1, and 109% above predicted yield week 2; producing 60% above predicted yield in peel oil in week 1; experiencing a 7-year low in job abandonment, firings, and reportable safety issues since onboarding new and returning seasonal staff. • Manage a team tasked with transforming Tropicana culture and building trust through transparency and inclusion. Built improved relationships between the union membership and plant management team.• Facilitated a process that redesigned how Skilled Trades mechanics are recruited, trained, and retained.• Built relationships with the School District, Manatee Technical College and the University of Florida to develop new pipelines of employees coming into the plant.• Designed and implemented supervisor training across seven production departments to invest in leadership and interpersonal skills that enhanced production and invested in building positive culture through transparency and inclusion.• Trained as a member of the Emergency Response Team (ERT) Team and serve on the ERT Leadership Team.
