* Responsible for converting all residential and commercial opportunities into closed business. * Develop and send out a quarterly newsletter with the latest developments in renewable energy to maintain a long-term relationship with my existing client base. * Assist in training new solar consultants.* Proactive in bringing new ideas i.e. energy storage and home energy management into our product mix to add value to our offering. * ~800 closed projects since 2015 with a 53% close ratio.* 5.1 MW of closed residential and commercial business resulting in +$15 million in revenue since 2015.

* Established the new San Diego office for a start up solar company headquartered in San Francisco* Hired and trained 4 new Solar Experts in the following areas- technical knowledge, sales approach and process, custom quote software, CRM and pipeline management.* Partnered with the local installation team (Solar Symphony) to create a better customer experience.* Worked with a local marketing team to establish a lead generation model and hired a business development consultant to improve and grow our referral network.* Generated $745,000 in sales revenue the first 6 months, increased to $804,000 the next 6 months to finish the year profitable.* Increased revenue 170% to $2,170,000 the last trailing 6 months due to superior service, diligent follow up, closing skills and a strong referral network.

* Top performer in San Diego with $1.75 million in residential sales.* Worked directly with the local Costco warehouses in my territory to market our services to their client base.* Attended local trade shows to generate additional leads and help increase the brand recognition of REC Solar.

* Educated clients on the advantages of solar energy by analyzing and determining their needs, generating and delivering solar proposals, executing final contracts and managing any additional needs up to final interconnection.* Effectively used our technology based CRM (Salesforce.com) tool for lead and follow up, sales cycle disposition, pipeline management, forecasting, lost opportunity tracking and keeping comprehensive and accurate client notes.* Generated 36 closed solar systems which equaled over $1 million in revenue of which 70% was generated from my own leads via networking, green events and my involvement in the green business community.

* Originated over $15 million in loan volume per year which translated into over $400k in average revenue.* Maintained a 15% or higher close to lead ratio which was in the top 20% of all Financial Specialists. * Built a loyal client base of over 200 clients by providing the highest level of customer service.

* Managed 12 inside sales consultants that serviced the National Account base of over 3000 customers. * Grew top line sales in the division from $1.5 million to $6.5 million and net profit from $255k to $1.2 million.* Increased staff size from 4 to 12 consultants by hiring and training qualified applicants.* Implemented new technology solutions, including an online ordering system, a web-based catalog library, and in-house publishing of custom order guides to improve efficiency and lower costs.* Standardized department procedures and produced a detailed training manual.* Responsible for the company training program.
