GSA Europe is a part of IGSA, an international non-profit association which partners with gaming industry entities from the Policy and Industry domains to identify common issues. GSA Europe, focuses specifically on European issues while ensuring alignment to the largest extent possible, with the broader IGSA. As Managing Director of GSA Europe, I look after the organization, meet with Regulatory Agencies and Manufacturers, Operators and Suppliers to determine how the creation of open technical or operational standards can create benefits. I ensure ongoing timely development of those standards and work to expand GSA Europe's membership and participation. I use my over 30 years of gaming industry experience working in the Regulatory, Operations and Manufacturer fields and across land-based, lottery and on-line, to bear in helping to identify those issues and develop potential solutions. GSA Europe's offices are located at the Mosta Techno Park, a technology center dedicated to technology and innovation.

Responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of strategies related to production system operations across Scientific Games' three business units. Manage the Global Technical Operations (GTO) organization with team members located in Asia, Europe and North America. GTO is responsible for the architectural design, infrastructure implementation and support engineering, technical documentation, training, technical regulatory compliance and project management activities related to brick and mortar Lottery & Casino as well as iGaming & iLottery production systems. These systems are monitored, operated and supported out of four 24 x 7 Networked Operations Centers and fourteen data centers across three continents.
