Construction Services Manager
CurrentKey responsibilities include:• Oversee the construction and on-site management of a portfolio of infrastructure projects to the value of circa $100 million annual.• Establishment and ongoing development of a WaterNSW construction management system.• Manage a mobile workforce to ensure the construction phase of projects are appropriately resourced in time, for the duration of works.• Ensure resources managing construction works are experienced and trained in site safety, site environmental control methods, construction methods, quality control and standards, inspection of construction materials, plant and equipment; and ensure compliance with Statutory and industry standards and regulations.• Accountable for on-site performance of WaterNSW personnel and contractors in relation to corporate safety, environmental and quality outcomes; and to ensure requisite systems and behaviours are inculcated on all WaterNSW construction sites.
