I have extensive experience with Federal and State Income tax. I have more recently begun to hone my skills in the area of accounting for income tax. For the last 5 years I have overseen the timeliness and accuracy of the Consolidated Federal 1120 Income tax return. This group consists of approximately 70 legal entities. Also included are 4 subconsonolidation returns totalling approximately 40 divisions.Preparation of numerouns Unitary, Combined / Consolidated state tax returns as well.
