WAITER- Suggests food and beverages ~ to be well versed with the menu, method of preparation and accompaniments.- Cleans and polishes Glassware, China ware, hollowware and flatware.- Maintains cleanliness and mise-en-place level at working station and service pantry for smooth operation.- Replenishes supply of linen and other Operating equipment.- Obtains requested items from the storeroom.- Keeps general appearance and maintenance of Restaurant working areas.- Follows correct sequence of service outlined in the Standard Operating Manual.- Cleans and removes dishes from the table after service is completed.- Cleans all spillage during mealtime and at closing.- Maintains excellent grooming standard at all time.JUICE JUNKEE- Responsible in taking customer orders and prepares non-alcoholic beverages, such as fresh fruit juices and smoothies. - Prepare and make the freshly juices ordered by customers.- Assists each customers that is coming and make sure they will be satisfied in our juices and in our service that we give them.BARISTA- Engaging customers and surpassing their needs.- Taking orders and ringing up sales.- Preparing and serving a variety of coffee, tea and other beverages.- Preparing and serving simple snacks like sandwiches, muffins and croissants.- Maintaining the store environment and equipments.- Re-stocking inventory and communicating store needs.- Ensuring food safety standards are met.CASHIER- Responsible in accepting customers payment whether cash or credit cards.- Knowledgeable in all foreign currencies.
