I have been a Chartered Member of the CIPD for 10 years and have built a broad base of experience across both the private and public sectors in both large and small organisations of varying degrees of complexity. I have developed a wide breadth of generalist experience which has been gained in numerous sectors, including; rail/transportation, property, retail, construction and infrastructure. I also provide HR support to a locally run charity in education.From the early stages of my career, I have built a strong foundation of management and have successfully built relationships at all levels up to Director General and Managing Director.
