Reporting to President Dan Fiden I led the Content, Graphic, and Social divisions with the primary goal to increase the quality of all products.The secondary goals included establishing workflows, quantifying resource allocation, hiring/firing, managing freelancers, pitching/executing sponsor deliverables, and creating a trusted team that solved all problems.Content was created for merchandise and all digital platforms including YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook focusing on LoL, OWL, CSGO, SSBM, Fortnite, Apex, RL, CR, Apex, and R6 communities.New series were created including: Comic Comms, 7 Minutes in Cloud9, Storytime, Parodies, Crossovers, Reacts to Comments, Game Night, BrainCheck, Trading Cards, and a RPG game.Existing series were optimized for efficiency and quality including: On Cloud9, Reloaded, and Announcements.
