As the Associate Director of Purchasing at Deborah Miller Catering & Events, I oversaw the sourcing, procurement, and delivery of quality food and beverage products for a variety of clients and occasions. I leverage my strong vendor relations, negotiation, and budget management skills to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations, while maintaining high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction. Previously, I was the Purchasing Manager at Great Performances, where I managed the purchasing and inventory of food and supplies for one of New York’s premier catering and event planning companies.
