With over nine years of experience as a Senior Project Manager at Oregon Department of Justice, I am responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all property systems, including access control, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire alarms, and sprinkler systems. I ensure the safety and efficiency of the facilities that serve the public and the staff, as well as the compliance with industry standards and regulations.My core competencies include budgeting and coordination, training and troubleshooting, and facilities management and repair. I have a strong background in this field, having worked as a Facilities Operations Manager at Macleay Conference and Retreat Center for over 19 years, and as a Facilities Maintenance Specialist at Oregon State Hospital for one and a half years. I also have a Bachelor of Science degree in General Science Pre-Physicians Assistant Option from Oregon State University.
