Expand customer base utilizing Cold Calling techniques. Using resources such as Google, LinkedIn, IIR, Harris Directory and SIC codes, I was able to qualify perspective customers and identify decision makers. Once identified, I was able to find areas of concern that the customer might have involving wire and cable. With this information I was able to either find a solution myself, or involve my Engineering staff to find a solution that was more specialized.
