Growing up helping operate a small business, I quickly acquired a “can do” entrepreneurial attitude. I’ve always approached my various roles with an infectious energy and determination. My career path and continual education have developed a diverse skill set capable of effecting positive organizational change from a variety of departmental platforms. I’ve coached and managed staff in the front office and back office. Ultimately, strategic planning and project management, with executive leadership, was my passion.I enjoyed my roles as sales manager and store manager executing company objectives directly with consumers. My different sales teams and I always strived to provide the proper face of the company to each buying customer, while increasing sales growth. As my career advanced, larger roles within the organization fueled my ambition. At ProSource, analyzing data for presentations with the CEO, became a revered responsibility as Director of Operations. The higher authority afforded me the opportunity to achieve broader company objectives and process improvements. Eventually, Project Management provided me the largest platform to implement organizational change. From construction build outs to software development, I’ve led multiple projects that directly impacted our entire multi-unit operation.
