Manager / Associate Consultant IT - Global Hosting and Cloud Services, Tech@LillyLed and coordinated HCS work stream for the new Lilly Manufacturing Sites:• Led Work stream to Define Requirements, Design, Procure and Install Compute Equipment for the new RTP manufacturing Plant. Coordinated and led move of one side of HA compute from temp shelter to the 2 permanent Data Centers (this type of move had never been done before within Lilly).• Created New Site HA Server and Storage Work Stream guide to outline steps to Define Requirements, Design, Procure and Install Compute Equipment for new remote Manufacturing sites. The guide helps enable more consistent and efficient work execution.• Created User guides for new MQ site personnel for technical tasks relating to Hosting and Cloud Services such as: Running CMDB Inventory reports and How to request nonstandard server requests. Led and coordinated work with diverse global team of PMs, SMEs, vendors, and site personnel to carry out IT asset transfers and decommissioning for 11 Elanco global MQ sites, regional DCs and offices.Led creation of new Server Cleanse and Convey Process for transferring MQ servers with applications intact for the Elanco Divesture. This was a high visibility position coordinating interaction between HCS SMEs, Infosec advisors and technical vendors.Coordinated and led HCS activities to integrate multiple global Novartis manufacturing sites and 800 new employees into Lilly IDS services. Surveyed sites, defined compute requirements and led SMEs to order, install and configure compute assets.

Systems analyst and Global server Capacity Manager• Reviewed incoming Server requests to determine Virtual vs Physical requirements and right sizing of servers to provide stewardship on Lilly IT assets.• Served as key contributor on original GCRS design - refined server request questions, suggested Manage My Way addition to automate tasks such as server retirements, specification changes, patching and server contact changes.• Helped lead Physical to Virtual program to eliminate a significant amount of Physical servers in our DCs to implement cost savings.• Led Global W2003 LCM for 4500 servers (in 2013) working with ASC team and business area IT to drive program accountability in business areas.
