ProCo is a printing company encompassing litho print, digital print, direct mail, large format, workflow technology solutions, as well as storage and distribution and many other services. Gradually the company grew from two employees to 120+, £14m+ turnover and based on two sites. I am immensely proud that the company continues to grow and thrive with many of the team I employed. Key achievements include: - The recruitment and mentoring of talented individuals and directors- Acquisition of three companies- Moving factory five times- Change management of business direction and employee roles in a transitioning industry over 24 years- Winning print company of the year in 2010. The company has won this prestigious industry award again in 2018- Growing the business in a declining industry- The successful analysis, negotiation and project delivery of millions of pounds of investment in buildings, equipment and technology in traditional print and new business direction to grow the company and remain profitable- Never reporting a loss making year.
