Projects Completed:MFP Replacement - Designed, tested, configured, hardened, implemented, and documented Xerox Workplace Suite and deployed 48 MFPs across 8 offices around the state, providing our users with convenient FollowMePrint functionality and enhancing our agency's print security.Serving as system technician for SCDOR's enterprise applications. Responsible for configuration and maintenance of applications, as assigned, as well as proactively monitoring assigned applications to ensure maximum availability and performance. Providing support for on-premises and/or cloud-based solution technologies, server and file share administration, as well as system troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across network and application resources. Ensuring all systems are compliant with agency's security policies and standards, to include but not limited to security hardening and patching of servers and applications. Actively participating in the solution development process, such as requirements gathering, planning, testing and implementation documentation, and communication, and proactively researching system-related technological updates and changes, and emerging technologies for potential opportunities.

Provided tier 1 support to end users. Authored tickets on behalf of end users, escalating/routing to other teams as necessary. Used ADUC/ADAC to unlock user accounts, reset passwords, enable/disable accounts, and find relevant information for end users or tier 2 support prior to escalation. Provided troubleshooting and solutions on a variety of problems including issues with peripherals, printers/MFDs, productivity applications, web apps, smart card readers, and network connectivity.
