As a GIS Manager at WithersRavenel, I leverage my 20+ years of experience in GIS, spatial analysis, and natural resource management to deliver high-quality and innovative solutions for our diverse clients. I hold a Master of Science in Natural Resources and Spatial Information Systems from North Carolina State University, and I am a certified GISP and a North Carolina Environmental Educator.I oversee the production and quality of GIS products that exceed client requirements, ranging from utility asset inventories and assessments, transportation planning, and future land development siting. I lead, mentor, and supervise a diverse 13-person team of GIS professionals, who collaborate with multidisciplinary engineers and planners across different sectors and areas of expertise. I also manage and coordinate GIS projects from proposal to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. My passion is to apply GIS to solve utility inventory and planning challenges and share my knowledge and expertise with others. I am also a journeyman beekeeper and enjoy exploring the natural world and its diversity.
