Currently working C2MS contract at Hurlburt Field. Provide deployed and in-garrison on-site network engineering and system administration, operation, and maintenance for SOF C2 and Mission Planning systems to include, but not limited to, SOF unique configurations of designated C2 systems. Evaluate and test new designated C2 hardware and software to ensure they meet SOF requirements. Provide engineering support for current and future cryptographic, network, and network-centric operations environment infrastructure for Ku Spread Spectrum (KuSS) airborne systems and designated C2 applications for Commando Solo and Dragon Spear platforms. Support deployable and/or deployed SOF communications personnel with KuSS and Tactical Ground Gateway Systems (TGGRS) designated C2 applications expertise. Responsible for evaluating new operational requirements and technical solutions for in-garrison and deployed, designated C2 applications, and infrastructure requirements. Responsible for providing network engineering and configuration design which include performing requirements gathering and analysis and assisting the government with requirements management, concept development, design, implementation, integration, and testing, as well as ongoing maintenance and training activities. Provide SOF subject matter expertise (SME) and technical and management support for network and designated C2 applications for HQ AFSOC/A6, AFSOF AOC, 1 SOW, 352 SOG, and 353 SOG. Provide SOF specific TBMCS-FL, TBMCS-UL, and designated C2 systems support to Joint Experimentation. Provide SOF operators and trainers with TBMCS-FL, TBMCS-UL, and designated C2 applications expertise during worldwide deployments. The government may require additional TBMCS-FL, TBMCS-UL, and designated C2 applications administration and training support as directed. This support would be in the theater of operations for the time period to be determined by the government.

Engineer, implement, troubleshoot, and support various network solutions on a worldwide basis.

Maintain multiple small, medium, and enterprise level network Infrastructures. Duties include maintaining L2/L3 networks, ASA/PIX Firewalls, NAC, Wireless, VOIP, WAAS, CS-MARS. Maintain Win2003 AD servers to include Accounts, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, and SQL. In addition to systems engineering and consulting tasks, responsibilities now included strategic positioning of company with regard to emerging technologies. Developed extensive skills in emerging business solutions for customers revolving around VoIP, QoS, and advanced security designs using Cisco PIX and ASA devices

Direct account and partner responsibilities for selected accounts in assigned territory. Keep up-to-date on relevant competitive solutions, products and services. Perform technical presentations for customers, partners and prospects. Provide technical and sales support for accounts in assigned territory. Assist with the development of formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities. Coordinated, prepared and implemented customer training product and engineering classes. Project managed Network efforts in the Special Operations community for numerous customers. Provided network solutions and providing technical expertise and support to Account Manager. Responsible for all of the Southeast customers and worldwide Special Operations customer relations. Design / Implementation for L2/L3, VOIP, VPN, Data Center, VMWare, WAAS, NAC ,Security, Digital Media, Wireless and Network Management products and solutions.
