Work with outside vendors to facilitate special orders such as:· Memorial Plaques for past administration and employees· Various donor plaques· Large Signage

Oversee day to day operations of the mailroom, answer special requests for delivery.· Fill in when Mailroom Clerk is out, postmarking outgoing mail.· Monitor spending and seeking ways to save money on postage when possible.

Oversee the inventory of users in the system. Deleting accounts when an employee is terminated.· Purchase storage supplies for departments as needed.· Arrange pickups at all locations as needed.· When needed, carton information is entered here to avoid unlabeled cartons and lost files.

Receive proposed forms and publications. I obtain approvals from all relevant department heads before printing. Any changes requested are relayed to all parties involved.

Operate all production printers for hospital printing. Currently using Ricoh Production Printers with a Plokmatic for booklet production. Handouts for patients include:· Visitor Guidelines booklet supplied to every inpatient.· State DOH Guidebook (Your Rights as a Patient In the State of NY)· Outpatient Guidebook for all outpatient services· Medication Cards· All forms that are not presently contained in the electronic medical record (EPIC)· Patient Cards (Birthday and Holiday)Other products produced in house:· Business cards for Montefiore Nyack Hospital and Highland Medical· Appt.
