- Assisting players and coaches with any needs that arise during games or practice.- Prior to games, ensure that home and visiting benches, as well as home locker room, visiting locker room and referee locker room, are fully prepared, stocked, and organized.- Ensuring the courts are ready for any player needs, laundry services, organization and setup of player, coach, and staff locker rooms, and assisting with any on-court player requests during workouts/practice.- Assist players from both teams with their pre-game warmups- Work closely with Manager of Basketball Operations, Coaches, Athlete Care, and Operations staffs and assisting with any ad hoc requests that arise before or during games.- Working the bench during games by making sure all players are getting water, towels, and keeping their warm up gear organized.- Mopping up the floor midgame to ensure a safe playing surface.- Working with marketing team to execute in person marketing events.- Run community engagement events like school pep rallies, youth basketball clinics, and education campaigns
