I am one of two principals in a developing high tech corporation dedicated to establishing the commercialization of advanced superconducting applications. Among many duties, I establish and accomplish technical and business processes from requirements flow to supply chain management.As principal scientist on multiple projects for the US Dept. of Energy and National Science Foundation, I led design, procurement, and production of now patented equipment that automates the winding of superconductors into magnets and cables. Supporting the exploration of a joint business venture, I led mechanical design, procurement, and assembly of wind turbine subscale prototype. I led mechanical design and procurement for revolutionary compact, interactive university laboratory equipment connecting theory to software and hardware while demonstrating principles of control systems.Spanning systems engineering, IT management, web development, and some marketing, I established layout, content, a consistent corporate brand, and content warehousing methodology across company document templates, website, cloud storage, and department databases for intellectual capital management. I support content creation and perform critical reviews for all proposals and marketing materials.

I executed and taught Earned Value Management of propulsion hardware procurements for BAE Systems portion of Army Future Combat Systems (FCS) Manned Ground Vehicle (MGV).I expanded this role to include more than cost and schedule assignment for more than $100M in propulsion hardware procurements. In the absence of enterprise software to track engineering specifications and associated procurements during the development phase of the contract, I developed a BOM and inventory management system that tracks component procurement status and links cost to BOM. The knowledge provided by my system provided incredibly accurate performance reports and proved essential in bidding future proposals.

I pioneered electronic records management while managing procurement of ordnance components for space launch vehicles. Efficiency of this system led to awarding me technical responsibility for half of all ordnance procured by the company. My role evolved into technical responsibility for launch vehicles and fleets. While in this assignment, I identified and corrected deficient flight critical analysis validating range safety of the company's premier program while managing design and integration of propulsion systems for launch vehicles. During my tenure I experienced some test failures and led resolution activities. The company received 100% mission success of all ordnance components, ordnance systems, and launch vehicles subjected to my responsibilities.

My responsibilities included design and analysis of electromechanical systems, solid modeling of electromechanical components and ordnance systems, and procurement management of ordnance components for launch vehicles. I was recognized as a Pro/Engineer power user in the Rocky Mountain region. I was working for the largest customer of the software developer, PTC, during their introduction of PLM software. I was selected to lead a team studying implementation of Windchill.

I coordinated with customers to identify specification of material handling equipment systems then produced designs and detailed drawings for fabrication, assembly, and installation. I supervised fabrication and installation of material handling equipment systems valued up to 1$M.

I developed a new test lab then tested the company's entire line of commercial and industrial heat exchangers to provide performance data for engineering, marketing, and sales. I led an investigation building and testing a PVC shell and tube heat exchanger module. During times of need, I assisted the factory across all manufacturing processes including metal shearing, bending, MIG and TIG welding. I proposed, designed, and built a sheet metal drop storage rack.
