I have previously reduced an RTO from 16 hours to mere minutes by proactively taking the initiative with innovative thinking I significantly minimized downtime for mission-critical circuits. I did this at zero cost by using existing equipment in an unorthodox way to remotely reset circuits at extremely remote sites.
