At AHR I am a director for the building consultancy team, based in the Manchester office. Here, I have an overview of the team and their clients and workload, on a day to day basis.I have extensive experience in a wide range of sectors including commercial, education, health, civic and community and utilities. My key areas of expertise include project management, legal and professional and contract administration. This has included work procured traditionally and also utilising framework and constructing excellence partnerships. I am responsible for the management of our Building Consultancy Frameworks with the Diocese of Shrewsbury, University of Manchester, Aston University, High Peak Council and Edge Hill University. I have a wealth of experience in managing framework agreements and customer relationships where numerous stakeholders are involved in the process.I also lead the AHR in-house Social Value Committee where I work to identify opportunities to provide added value to our clients and the communities in which we work, as well as monitoring our contributions for reporting.
