My responsibilities include following the validation testing for landed new programs, follow up on current programs undergoing engineering changes, providing cost and timing for that testing, and actual follow up of the testing to ensure it is completed correctly and on time. In addition, it is my responsibility to complete the DVP&R for any given test.

I am one of the Sales Representatives in Detroit selling compounded TPO's to automotive Tier I and Tier II suppliers. My main account is IAC (Int'l Automotive Components) and I work with Chrysler on future materials programs.

In charge of running our internal lab responsible for all OEM physical testing including, but not limited to, heat aging, durability testing and airbag deployments.

I was hired into Textron as a Program manager working on Chrysler instrument panel and console programs. I was eventually promoted to Sr. Program Manager and Platform Manager on the Chrysler programs, reporting to the Platform Director.

My responsibilities include following DVP&R testing for landed new programs, provide cost and timing to perform these tests, maintenance of, and engineering change testing of current programs, and follow up of the actual testing. Additionally, I provide feedback on the test results and complete the DVP&R's for engineering to be able to obtain approval and.

I was in the Ford College Graduate Training Program and went from the Prototype Development group, to Secondary Equipment and, finally, into the Injection Molding group.
