Managed a membership of 200 active members, a team of volunteers, interns and five staff, and an annual budget of $330,000. Provided training and supervision for six staff, members, and volunteers. Conducted quarterly Summit Center Advisory Board meetings and business per Advisory Board By-laws. Served on the Colorado Clubhouse Association (CCA) Board for 15 years, participating at monthly board meetings and committee meetings. Completed JCMH Leadership Academy Spring 2008, an 8-week intensive course in leadership. Submitted a proposal for a maintenance crew of four consumers, which was adopted. Conducted monthly CCA Board meetings and implemented regional policy and guidelines per the CCA By-laws. Discussed problem areas and negotiated solutions between consumers, family members and clinical treatment staff. Facilitated discussion groups between mental health consumers and law enforcement personnel in Crisis Intervention Training, twice each year. Collected and reviewed data for Clubhouse Profile and Self-Study in preparation for ICCD Certification. Prepared articles for newsletters and the CEO monthly report.
