Head Of Proactive Services
Current- Heading the Proactive Engineering business function of the organisation, deriving proactive checks and content to ensure customers technical estates are meeting best practice standards- Improving the proactive engineering processes and deliverables in-line with the strategic direction of the organisation. This also involved initiating and working with the DevOps team to develop a web based logging system to move proactive auditing from a traditional paper based format running on a Azure SQL database- Development of Infrastructure, Network, Monitoring, Backup, O365 and Azure proactive modules - Development of multiple Power BI dashboards to provide dynamic information to decision makers within the business. Including – but not limited to – customer facing and internal proactive dashboards to provide up-to-date information about proactive appointments, recommendations for improvements and to track progression of technical solutions/recommendations from inception through to completion• Direct line management of fourteen third line project/proactive engineers, including recruitment, mentoring, performance reviews, one-to-ones and disciplinaries• Still on the technical side, building and migrating core databases into a redundant SQL Server 2017 Always on Availability Cluster
