While I had this responsibility, we reached a portfolio placement record of S/. 2,055MM, and a 24% YTD growth. I was also responsible for recovering US $38MM from clients with poor ratings. By the end of 2019 I had met the KPIs, reaching 109% of the target, and projected compliance at the end of 2020 of 105%. Received, for two consecutive quarters, the "Customer Centric" award from BCP.

During my tenure, placements increased to S/. 60MM (9%), in multinational, and to S/. 120MM (15%) in traditional.I established, together with the team, credit lines for new multinational clients, and I also made presentations for their parent companies. We increased PDM from 22% to 32% in the multinational sector, and from 34% to 38% in the traditional sector. I was in charge of elaborating, negotiating and recommending the first leaseback of an aircraft in BCP, and developing the strategies to achieve the objectives, exceeding the goals (2013: 106%; 2014: 117%; 2015: 107%; 2016: 103%).
