I was in charge of the commercial relationship with corporate banking clients, which were companies that billed over US $100MM in sales and generated S/. 45MM annually. While I had this responsibility, we reached a portfolio placement record of S/. 2,055MM, and a 24% YTD growth. I was also responsible for recovering US $38MM from clients with poor ratings. By the end of 2019 I had met the KPIs, reaching 109% of the target, and projected compliance at the end of 2020 of 105%. Received, for two consecutive quarters, the "Customer Centric" award from BCP.

In this position, I assumed responsibility for the portfolio of companies with a turnover between US $50MM and US $100 MM in sales. During my tenure, portfolio placements increased from S/. 620MM to S/. 735MM due to the loyalty of our clients. I was also responsible for initiating the first Cross-Sale between BCP and Mibanco so that our client's customers have the opportunity to obtain financing more oriented to their profile. In addition, we deployed two successful cases, in which we contributed with a profit of more than S/. 1MM for BCP and reached 100% of PDM in the collection service in an important company in the utility sector.In this period, I was elected the best senior business executive of Cronos headquarters for 2018.

I had the opportunity to manage a portfolio of clients between multinational companies focused on revenues and traditional companies focused on placements. During my tenure, placements increased to S/. 60MM (9%), in multinational, and to S/. 120MM (15%) in traditional.I established, together with the team, credit lines for new multinational clients, and I also made presentations for their parent companies. We increased PDM from 22% to 32% in the multinational sector, and from 34% to 38% in the traditional sector. I was in charge of elaborating, negotiating and recommending the first leaseback of an aircraft in BCP, and developing the strategies to achieve the objectives, exceeding the goals (2013: 106%; 2014: 117%; 2015: 107%; 2016: 103%).

During my tenure, I was responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships. I also developed and executed sales plans and strategies focused on credit and active cross-selling of treasury management, foreign exchange, and international products. Some achievements included analyzing new financial products and making purchase recommendations for the oil and gas industry; designing credit proposals for corporate companies to be discussed in credit committees; determining client needs and providing customized solutions to achieve portfolio objectives (2011: 104% and 2012: 115%); and providing advice and guidance to clients with transactions, providing information as requested.

In this position I performed investment management, planning, investment banking, and insurance services for clients, interpreting financial information to develop strategies. I was in charge of developing asset allocation models, and diversifying risk through fund research using fundamental analysis. In addition, I reviewed portfolios, conducted analyses, and promoted wealth action plans on a daily basis.I was successful in attracting 10 clients worth $10 million by implementing local concierge and credit card services.
