As a Cert IV qualified trainer, I’ve leveraged my career in technical support and sales to transition to deliver training for complex digital and analog hardware. With a brain built for technology and personality and purpose focused on helping people develop their potential. I have applied my technical knowledge and training skills to deliver technical training in clear, engaging and meaningful ways, tailored to the audience and learner needs. Realising my career goal to develop my career in Learning & Development, I completed the Cert IV in Training & Workplace Assessment and applied my skills within Ness Corporation. Working with Technical Sales and Support teams, I provide customised training and documentation across constantly changing security hardware and software product lines.
