As the Managing Director of the Thomas Hemingway Group of Companies, I oversee a diverse range of businesses, including Reed Events, GradPak, EventBookings, and Chamera. Our company specialises in providing top-tier solutions for school and graduation photography, event management, and related services. My extensive background in the graduation photography sector has been instrumental in our recent achievements. Over the past 18 months, in close partnership with our US collaborators, we have successfully enhanced GradPak’s profile within the North American Commencement market. This initiative has involved the implementation of numerous virtual Commencement ceremonies, reflecting our commitment to innovation and adaptability in a rapidly evolving industry. A key accomplishment in my role has been leading a dedicated team of more than 250 professionals. Together with an exceptionally talented leadership team, we strive to drive the growth of our businesses. Our strategic focus remains on fostering innovation, implementing effective strategic plans, and adopting the latest technologies to ensure we remain leaders in our field.
