My varied career has resulted in my having a wide range of sought-after and transferable skills; including but not limited to project coordination, administration, budgeting and financial management, communication and social media management, staff and volunteer management, sales and customer service.I am currently the Manager of the Rental Sales Gallery, part of Portland Art Museum. This Gallery was founded in 1959 with the stated purpose of providing opportunities for artists from the Pacific Northwest to showcase their works in Portland. 60 years on, it continues its unique mission, supporting more than 200 artists and helping fund the work of Portland Art Museum, through the sales and rentals of unique works of fine art. For much of my career I worked as a dedicated and successful museum and gallery professional. I was the Supervisor at Rental Sales Gallery and have previously been Marketing Coordinator at Preston Park Museum & Grounds in Stockton-on-Tees and Exhibition Project Officer with Royal Greenwich Heritage Trust.Educated at the prestigious Queen's College, University of Oxford and International Centre for Cultural & Heritage Studies, Newcastle University, I bring both an academic rigor and a creative and open mind to the work I do.
