Responsible for new tank production which includes manufacturing, materials and engineering teams.

Responsible for full P&L and site leadership for the Unified Brands MI manufacturing site. In this role, my primary focus was on cultivating team building, employee development, CI and problem solving which ultimately improved the culture. I'm most proud of the tremendous success the UB MI team had on improving the safety culture which translated to less injuries and ultimately a more engaged team.

Stageright is part of the Rogers Group (Filcon - commercial films and contract packaging 'GMP' for SCJ and Dow Chemical, Rogers Athletic - worldwide leader in football training equipment and StagRight 'National leader in portable and arena staging equipment'. During my time with the Rogers group I worked as both a Materials Manager and Plant Manager. Key success included a building renovation, expansion followed by a production facility layout and relocation project.

While at MDI, I held various positions including; scheduling, buying, production managment and production control management.
