Progressing from volunteering 1-2 days a week at the Sacred Heart Mission op shop in St.Kilda to employment as a store assistant , managing stores in the absence of the regular managers , I’ve been :- providing quality customer service to an eclectic consumer base- sorting, pricing and displaying merchandise - assisting in the management , mentoring and support of staff and volunteers.Highlights include being a key member of a team that drove year on year sales growth at the Elsternwick store by 5% in 2018/19 and 7% March YTD 2019/20 (pre Covid shutdown) and becoming the replacement store manager of choice for both the Elsternwick and Cheltenham stores.
