The LogRhythm Security Research and Development team is a subset of LogRhythm Labs, staffed by white-hat security researchers who utilize various forensics techniques such as registry analysis, imagine analyzers, memory toolkits, file monitoring, and network analysis. The Advanced R&D team focuses on creating innovative, out of the box correlation rules within the universe of log data in a given network environment so that the log “signatures” can be reused to detect future threats. As the Advanced R&D team gets their hands on the latest malware they will be posting blogs to showcase collaborative research findings.

Ingesting raw data feeds and outputting highly normalized and enriched data that paves the way for corroborated, and actionable threat intelligence.
