Duties included serving as project manager and senior writer for preparation of in-house NEPA documents up to the Environmental Impact Statement level, provided control management for reviews of other contractor submitted NEPA documents, assisting with compliance tracking of NEPA mitigation and monitoring, and managed the administrative record for NEPA projects. Other duties included serving as the GSRC Fort Bliss Manager overseeing the GSRC on-site technical support staff.

Responsibilities included project management, Section 401 and 404 permitting, and wetland delineation. Projects have included wetland delineations, Section 404 permitting and mitigation monitoring for Arizona Department of Transportation.

Managed the inspection, coordination, administration, and communication of programs for electric distribution maintenance. These included estimation of the costs and requirements for construction and maintenance, and overall project coordination and management. Coordinated programs and activities in accordance with environmental concerns such as critical dunes, wetlands, prairie areas, and threatened and endangered species. Managed annual budget of $3 million. Developed and implemented training programs for both contractor and company employees, resulting in increased environmental awareness, better productivity, improved communications, and customer relations.
