Returned to the North West to Hillhouse Site joining Victrex to become a Mechanical Technician. Heavily involved in the commissioning and constant development of the APTIV Film line. Main duties include day to day maintenance breakdown, preventative, planned and shutdown maintenance tasks, liaising with external contractors on a regular basis, carrying out.

Employed as a Jetties Process Day Coordinator. Duties include the link between Process and Day Maintenance for planned and emergent work, including permit preparation and issuing, planning and preparation. This includes, shutdown co-ordination for 6 annual Jetty Codal and Mechanical inspections and repairs and general day to day running of 4 petrochemical.

Employed as a Mechanical Technician, responsible for the day to day maintenance of 5 reactors on an Aniline manufacturing plant. Responsibilities include breakdown maintenance, preventative maintenance (including laser alignment and vibration monitoring), and shutdown work, in addition I dealt with external contractors (both for ordering and for repair.
