This SELF-TAPPING threader is a permanent repair. And I have seen our Moly Tungsten Steel drill bits drill out a manifold bolt very quickly. Customers report, under controlled conditions, that they last over to 10 times longer than a standard bit. My abrasives are long lasting and aggressive.
