Mark Wilhelm is a registered architect with over 50 years experience in the design, construction documentation and architectural administration of construction, with his office in Marblehead, Massachusetts. While his work has had an emphasis on multifamily housing, new construction and renovation, with a particular interest in housing for low and moderate income families, the elderly and people with disabilities, his work has included significant involvement in projects such as academic facilities and dormitories, public libraries, transportation facilities, public parks, private homes and mid- to upper-income housing developments, of all types of construction. Much of this work has been in the role of consultant to architectural firms in the New England area, writing construction specifications and providing technical consultation. Formerly he enjoyed a close consulting relationship with the firm Grazado Velleco Architects, also in Marblehead, MA, for which he provided a full range of architectural service for multifamily developments, until the passing of James Velleco in 2023.
