Support Technical Issues

• Assists employees with technical issues that other SBC Groups are unable to resolve.• TSRII is the final stop in the SBCIS troubleshooting process, The process requires the ability to provide technical resolution supported by in depth analysis and interpretation of the customers hardware and software problems. • Support various OS’s that include Windows 9x,ME,2K,2K Server, XP. Mac OS 9.x,10.1 – 10.4. • Troubleshoot to resolve customers issue that included but not limited to not being able to connect to the internet, member having issues accessing email through web based mail or 3rd party mail client, helping member set up a network that included a router and static or dynamic IP’s, also helping to make sure that the customers computer is up to date and running smoothly• Maintained the highest level of customer service support and troubleshooting in my department for three months straight and counting.• Supported various routers and modems including Business and home class routers and modems such as Netopia, Linksys, DLink, 2Wire, Speed Streams, Alcatel.
