Hello, thank you for taking the time for a brief insight into who I am. For over a decade I was immersed in the Pharmaceautical industry with various rolls that ranged from Quality control to Operational management. A few years ago, I transitioned into the service industry and have continued to grow and develop my knowledge and expertise in a much wider range of regulated environments. In my current roll I often times work with clients from Food and Beverage to Pharmaceautical, Local municipalities to Automotive, small 3rd party testing facilities to large Government contracted corporations. I have been able to leverage my experience in the Pharmaceautical industry to better understand and serve clients. Having a deeper knowledge of the Pharmaceautical industries regulations has allowed me to expand upon a high-level introductory knowledge of the other regulated fields and better assist customers in their service and ensuring they are getting a product that meets their needs with the best fit-for-purpose. Utilizing my field experience and following my passion for training and support I have embarked on a new journey withing Mettler Toledo. The team I am with now is central to developing and implementing training methods and material to better meet the needs of all stakeholders of our product going forward.
