Provide analytical support, coordinate, and guide the Business Partnering Function(s) ensuring achievement of HR value for the Canton Manufacturing Customers. Partner with Nissan Headquarter COE's to Achieve North America HR initiatives.

Member of the corporate HR leadership team reporting to the Corporate Director of Employee Relations. Provide high level of HR expertise and experience to all managers and Associates in the central region supporting regional apartment communities, district offices, outside sales teams, operations, warehouse centers, centralized shared services and all contact center operations. Serve as a business partner and critical communicator of all change initiatives, policy and procedures, performance management, selection, legal compliance, compensation, organizational development & training. Partner with senior leaders on corporate wide projects and initiatives

Served on the senior leadership team as a business partner sharing in the overall strategic responsibilities for the safety, quality, production and financial performance of this 500MM dollar asset paper mill. I directed a staff of HR, Safety, and Health professionals in the implementation of strategic HR and Safety initiatives that drove and were aligned with business goals and objectives. My daily role was to coach the senior leadership team in appropriate resolution of employee relation issues using consistent application of employment law, company policies & procedures and participating in the strategic planning of the mill.

Member of the division leadership team, reporting directly to the Division President with a dotted line to the Corporate VP of HR. Led & directed the implementation & administration of the corporate HR business plan for a new multi-site, multi-product division, including benefits, payroll and safety. Implementation and communication of new employee policies & procedures, benefit plans, payroll procedures, safety, and OSHA regulations at both sites. Managed and facilitated appropriate resolution of employee relation disputes and investigated and responded to HR legal and compliance matters. Communicated and integrated corporate & division objectives

Led recruiting, assessment & selection, college relations, summer programs and communication programs for a 500 employee, all-salaried, self-directing, team concept, non-union paper mill. Managed Mill Assessment Center. Trained assessors and ensured integrity of selection processes. Aligned recruiting process with mill objectives and facilitated all employment activities. Attended career fairs and recruited cooperative education students. Wrote, published and delivered monthly newsletters and administered electronic communications
