Cataloging (original & copy) documents in SUDOC (national university library network) and LMS ; retrospective cataloging of the Leenhardt Collection (approx. 700 books and 13 metres of journals) accompanying library assistants in learning the exemplarisation of new documents; updating catalogs (LMS Portfolio and SUDOC) following various operations linked to the collections.Participation in improving the singalling of all types of documents (electronic resources, journals) and the updating / creation of sections of the "Document Workflow Handbook".Maintenance of LMS (configuration and settings as needed), bug fixes and cataloging anomalies, cleaning the data-base (bibliographic tables, users, loans, issues and items), interaction of LMS with other tools.Assisting the Systems Librarian in the maintenance of computer equipment and user access to electronic resources, occasional management of interlibrary loan requests, management of book orders in Science and Technology sector,Involvement in the provision of information and guidance to the public (using the search catalogs and databases) and the activities of the circulation / reference desk (loans, returns, registration, reference) as part of public service duties on both sites (BU & BUFM).Runs conversation classes in English for colleagues, divided into two abilitygroups (2 x 1 hour / week).
