I was recruited as the first employee in the Singapore Branch office to develop a new business division for the Institute of Motion. This was accomplished in partnership with the Singapore Government. The vision of the project was to co-create a flexible and customizable preventative health care system and overall approach to help organizations realize measurable benefits from investment in well-being. I recruited, hired, and trained eight local Singaporean health coaches in 60 days in collaboration with the Institute of Motion's (IoM) Director of Coaching. I also led the key changes for the roll-out of each Project Wave and beyond to reflect feedback from Sport Singapore (SportSG), and integration of evidence-based health and wellness coaching.I built a Culture of Coaching with 35+ leaders of SportSG (includes all C-Suite Executives).
