I learned a long time ago that I always enjoyed being creative. It is the driving force which makes me love working. Whether it be for myself or a fun company. Learning is enjoyable and it's not the what or how that motivate me, but the WHY. Knowing the WHY helps everything else fall into place and the what or how become a fun part of the creative process.It is the same for my art, design, websites, and especially my music. I have been composing music for many years and have the knack of bringing out a deep emotional impact on the listener. I am very honored that I have a fantastic group of fans that appreciates and shares my art and music.I manage numerous assignments for private clients, and it is very enjoyable to create new and exciting campaigns and designs. I have over 30 years experience in the mortgage banking arena, management, promotions and marketing and am experience in Microsoft Office software use and applications. I have enjoyed getting more involved in advertising and design and learned that I really have an eye for the arts and layout. I gravitate towards Microsoft vs Apple and consider myself an experienced computer user as well as have a good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, Graphic Arts, Flyer, Brochures, Logo and Web Site setup and design, Promotions, Social Media, Trade Shows, Mortgage Management, Conventional Underwriting, Loan Review / QC, Conventional, FHA & VA Loan Processing, etc, etc... Always remember, enjoy what you do, never take yourself too seriously and be kind to others. Life is way to short. We only rent a small space on this rock we call Earth, then we're gone. Hopefully we leave a good lasting impression of the life we chose to live.
