In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, I lead a team of business, technology, and healthcare experts assembled to create a company for the manufacture of PPE in the United States. Triviciti Health was conceived with a “Made-in-America” commitment by deploying a Phoenix, Arizona manufacturing facility that is producing N95 respirators with plans to expand to related Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The firm anticipates hiring a large workforce paid at above market rates and is coordinating with veterans organizations to encourage them to apply for job openings.

Impact Health is a leading national health screening provider. My role was to lead the firm’s sales, marketing, and business development initiatives to position solutions for COVID-19, biometric testing, immunization services, and cognitive screening. I led a highly acclaimed industry expert sales team and teed up strategic merger and acquisition candidates to best position Impact Health for the future.

In this role, I led pharmacy operations including the development of sales/marketing in conjunction with the district manager, implementation of operational policies/procedures and the training/mentoring of pharmacy teams. Key outcomes included acquisition of large contracts/new business with local vaccine clinics, development of sales strategy that led to 10% increase in sales, organized outreach events to enhance brand recognition, streamlined functions supporting customer experience, recognized for developing a high performance pharmacy ranked #1 across numerous categories in the district and was handpicked by executive team to deliver training and guidance to other pharmacy managers on best practices.

Oversaw national and international private equity acquisitions, streamlined operations, and served in three leadership roles post-acquisition.

Built and sold growing successful firm to Henry Schein, Inc. Post-acquisition, led marketing division, national corporate sales, pharmaceutical business development and specialty pharmacy. Those roles led to an increase in profitability and some turnaround initiatives resulting in a 40% increase in first 12 months and catapulted growth rate over 200% in the following years. Marketing highlights included renegotiated major contracts, significantly increased department bottom line by 6% by negotiating a $100M contract with a major pharmaceutical company. Re-engineered Specialty Pharmacy operations, that significantly increased cost efficiency, quality, and compliance. Through that designed expanded physical site, integrated new systems and controls, and recruited new talent. National Corporate Account leadership drove improvement and efficiency in the handling of charge-back volume from GPO contract by integrating and streamlining three departments into one. Developed, trained, and led 425 sales managers and representatives, established key performance indicators to monitor and build high performance/productivity. Successfully established and built a specialist division in vaccine sales, including acquisition of a $100M vaccine distribution company.

Founded and grew one pharmacy into four. Grew into a medical/home health care supply company and finally started and developed a National Pharmaceutical, Vaccine and Medical Supply Distribution Company. That company was able to land a $150M federal contract with the Vaccine for Children Program (VFC), became one of five original SmithKline Beecham vaccine distributors, was president of the United Managed Care, a co-op of 1400 Independent Pharmacies for United Drug Inc. and established strategic partnerships with 13 state medical societies. Finally, Bond Wholesale was part of IMCO national buying group.Negotiated the sale and integration of firm into Henry Schein, Inc.
