I am responsible for maintaining and enhancing the relationship between Pink Connect and our current customers. I strive to make sure all of our customers are as happy as possible and have each and every service they currently need.I liaise with all other teams at Pink Connect and our suppliers to iron out all possible kinks and provide solutions to any problems that may occur. I actively seek to prevent issues from occurring where possible so the customers can simply continue to enjoy the service we provide.I'm also in charge of the other members of staff in the customer services team who aid in ensuring that Pink Connect continues to offer the best possible service.
