I collaborate with Account Teams and Business Units to advise on pay per use/consumption financing. I engage directly with Vendors and direct Customer C-Suite/Professional Advisors to explore and define product/services solutions fitting specific needs. I translate solution requirements into legal, finance, risk, asset management and operational deliverables for local DLL Deal Team. I manage the DLL Deal Team to deliver the solution through to and including all necessary internal approvals at a local country and European level.Previously I led the Microsoft Financing engagement with bank partners in EMEA & APAC with a charter of enabling payment solutions to support Microsoft offerings. My focus was to ensure that our suite of offerings reflected a cloud first world and allowed customers and partners to accelerate their digital transformation. During my tenure the programs grew to contribute in excess of $1.5Bn in annual committed revenue and had strong double digit growth over a multi-year period. At Microsoft Financing, I was directly responsible for leading a cross group team that expanded financing coverage to seven new markets. All were delivered according to scope and on time and exceeded sales targets. Integration with the Microsoft field leadership was critical to success. Since launch payment solutions have contributed significantly to support Microsoft in these marketsIn roles in Microsoft and Bank of Ireland I have always exceeded sales targets.At Bank of Ireland I was responsible for developing and managing relationships with a set of multinational corporate customers and cross-selling a wide variety of financial offerings against sales targets.I have travelled extensively to engage with Customers and Partners including in Europe, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan Saudi Arabia, Gulf States, Pakistan and South Africa, South Korea and Japan.
