Responsible for the region's full P&L, $160m in turnover, and the delivery of guest experiences to 7 million patrons across 13 cinemas with 136 screens. lead 14 high-performing direct reports, 39 indirect reports, and an expansive front-line team of 1000 crew. Develop and lead operational strategies to maximise performance, drive innovative thinking and initiatives, and develop business strategies to deliver profit growth.

Responsible for the region's full P&L with $120m in turnover, the operation of 14 locations with 146 screens, the performance management of up to 1000 crew, Food and Beverage. Other responsibilities included business development, Local Area Marketing and facilities management.

Reported to the CEO and was responsible for the operation of 10 locations with $80m in turnover, marketing, sales and people. Other responsibilities included F&B, facilities, product development and projects.
