Lead the global sales, customer service, and sales operations teams with personnel based in the USA and Germany. Responsible for the strategic management of the engineering and quality departments. As a member of the executive team, lead the strategic growth planning initiatives for the company.

Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities within the 8 state Upper Midwest region for FCX Performance (former Simone Engineering Division) including P&L ownership. Lead, mentor, and enhance the sales team and divisional VP's for the achievement of the company’s business goals with particular focus on long term & profitable revenue growth. Support regional sales activities through comprehensive data analysis, strategic account planning, and direct engagement with sales team members

Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities within the Upper Midwest territory including NW Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin & Upper Michigan. Lead, mentor, and enhance the sales team for the achievement of the company’s business goals with particular focus on long term & profitable revenue growth. Support territory sales activities through comprehensive data analysis, detailed account planning, and direct engagement with sales team members

Reporting to the President; direct and coordinate the sales and marketing policies and activities of the company at the highest level of management as a member of the Core Team and Strategic Leadership Team. Lead a domestic sales force and was responsible for coordinating with international manufacturing locations in Mexico and Vietnam. In addition, created and was responsible for a corporate Engineering team from 2015 on.

Reporting to the President & CEO; responsible for the development, coordination, functional management and leadership of all Winsert technical sales and marketing activities. As a member of the executive team, lead a global sales team with personnel based in the USA and Germany and was responsible for the overall branding of the organization.

Responsibilities include development and sales of technical solutions to solve complex industrial problems. These solutions are in a variety of industries with primary focus on pulp & paper mills, industrial boilers & power, and iron ore mining. Examples of the types of solutions are energy usage reduction, automation and controls optimization, and streamlining of maintenance practices. I in turn managed the customer and project while it was being executed utilizing engineering services and products from the various Emerson Automation Solutions organizations.

2001-2003 Responsibilities include engineering of Fisher control valves and regulators as well as technical assistance and troubleshooting of problems.2003-2005 Responsibilities include design and engineering of Emerson process control systems including DeltaV, Provox, and RS3. In addition, account management and inside sales activities such as marketing strategy, quoting, purchasing, and customer support for process control products.
