Senior Software Developer supporting OPM Background Investigation Contract Services (BICS) program. Creating environment for gathering of metrics and reporting program data. Primary lead for the requirements gathering and development of the Resource Operational Capacity (ROC) program to provide a secure, centralized program to process all personnel in a consistent and repeatable fashion. Specific duties include but are not limited to the following:• Trained in and frequent use of Power BI; created new analysis techniques on production metrics for reporting to Senior Program and Customer Management• Perform multiple administrative, testing and reporting functions on the Entellitrak platform • Creation of Service Now queue to formalize all support efforts through a ticket capture, triage and resolution process. Included the analysis and integration of the Development team for inclusion as a branch of the triage process for application issues requiring escalation• Creation of test functionality plan to confirm successful transition of ROC program to new Azure GovCloud environment• Assisted in creation of Operational Readiness Review (ORR) and Operational Readiness Assessment (ORA) allowing the rest of the team to execute an on-time/no issue replatforming effort to Azure• Creation of ad hoc reporting and/or data searches for key deliverables to Senior Management• Documentation of new processes and procedures for systems supported and developed• Imaging and Maintenance of equipment

Production Control Manager for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) systems and processes for enabling individuals to become naturalized US Citizens. Manage and maintain the mainframe and Windows environments and data needed by the customer to process all aspects of the naturalization process from initial application through to finalization of record. Includes in-depth understanding of 4 portfolios of systems with 5-8 systems per portfolio along with all interfaces and interdependencies important to homeland security (eg “Do Not Fly List”, Fingerprint systems managed by FBI, etc). Specific duties include but are not limited to the following:• Hire, train, and manage a team that produces 740 deliverables a month across the Sustainment Program Application Support (SPAS) program for USCIS client, comprising ~500 million records per year with 100% error free, on-time delivery and accuracy. These reports consist of specialized USCIS data across 32 different applications. Deliverables differ in frequency and cover the following systems: Biometric Benefits Support System (BBSS), FD258EE Integrated Automated Fingerprint Identification System (IAFIS), Computer Linked Application Information Management Systems (CLAIMS 4 and 3), National File Tracking System (NFTS), Refugees, Asylum and Parole System (RAPS) and FBI Namecheck both for CLAIMS4 and CLAIMS3. • Create, maintain and correct operations documentation, creation of proposed system automation documentation, mainframe programs and information analysis of data irregularities. • Lead the creation, transport and archiving of data within both the mainframe and Windows environments. Assist in configuration of clients for data transfer between systems. • Meets all contractual requirements with high customer satisfaction and quality along with specified financial objectives and specified milestones; creates and promotes best practices
